Dedert owns the intellectual property for the Reineveld Centrifuge equipment line.
Reineveld centrifuges are peeler-type, high-speed basket machines, which provide large capacity slurry dewatering capability.
Although Reineveld centrifuges are used worldwide for a variety of applications, they are best suited for the dewatering of fine crystalline or granular solids in the 2 to 100 micron particle size range.
Reineveld centrifuges are primarily used to process a variety of starches derived from corn, wheat, tapioca and rice but the centrifuges are also effective in other applications, making them an ideal solution for among others, the food and beverage, starch, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Applied to modified and unmodified starch suspension, the machines have a capacity of up to 230 metric tons of dry product per day depending on the type of product.

These units are robust and built to last with a number still in operation after 50 years.
The Reineveld centrifuge is built in three sizes:
• HVC-1400
• HVC-1727
• HVC-2102
