Greg will be based in the Dedert (Canada) Inc. office. Greg's primary focus will be to develop Dedert's dryer and evaporator business in the plant-based protein market. The plant-based protein market has significantly grown in the last five years and continues to grow as consumers are moving away from traditional animal-based proteins to plant-based foods. Greg will also handle some high level sales inquiries outside of proteins. Greg brings with him over 16 years of experience in drying and thermal processing in the food, chemical and mining industries. His previous positions have included working at GEA and most recently as Key Account Manager at Deville Technologies, a technology provider in the food industry.
